Minecraft new snapshot 24w07a for 1.21 update and 1.20.5 java review.

Adds new mossy skeleton mob type called bogged with poison arrows, fixed hopper minecarts, fixed honey farm hoppers, breeze new loot drop wind charge item tweaks, vault loot using trial key from trial spawn when beating the trial chambers with breeze and bug fixes.
